The Duravit Cape Cod range designed by Philippe Starck was inspired by the focus white sandy beaches located on the east coast of the USA in New England. With the increasing awareness that a bathroom is a place of sanctuary and rejuvenation Duravit has done that again with Cape Cod. The bath is a brilliant design with organic curves and the amazingly thing rim of the freestanding Cape Cod bath. This is thanks to the innovative material DuraSolid allowing the smallest detail of the Starck design to be realised. Something that is a feature of the basin range as well. The Oval bath design comes with an integrated headrest on the baths back slope for that extra touch of relaxation and a continuous satin finished surface that is also pleasant to touch.
Attractive in its high grade porcelain finish, it features elegant, fine edges that measure only 5 mm in thickness. Made possible by the innovative DuraCeram® material, its result provides outstanding elegance without compromising quality, robustness or ease of care. The bowl is available in three different shapes: round, square and tri-oval, allowing individuality within the design of the bathroom. The round and square washbasins feature the tap platform on a raised dome inside the bowl.
